A SOLID FOUNDATION In 1994 Gestesa Corporation  was created in Guadalajara, and nowadays, we have become consolidated as a real estate development group, specialized in the residential market and industrial development areas. As heads of our company Javier Heredia and Juan Sanchez, founders and CEOs, are leading a team of more than 200 direct employees and 1,000 indirect jobs. Grupo Gestesa Corporation consists of a set of over 30 companies, covering a wide sector of economic activity: acquisition and land development, promotion, construction, marketing and after-sales service, and other industrial activities such as industrial hardware, electrical installations, home automation, information systems, forestation, etc. All of these business areas help us to consolidate the Group and allow us to continue moving forward steadily. The most significant companies of the group, besides the parent company one, Gestesa Desarrollos Urbanos, S.L ., are Obras Coman, S.A. (Coman) dedicated to construction, and Gestesa Desarrollos Inmobiliarios Internacional, S.L. (Gestesa International).

Currently, we cover a whole range of housing (detached, semi-detached, residential plots, free market and social housing); we also are specialized in shopping centres, warehouses and industrial development areas in both cities and towns. INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT Historically, the Group has concentrated its activity in the Spanish central region of Corredor Del HenaresMadrid ; however, in recent years we have grown and expanded geographically. At the national level, we have promotions in the Spanish provinces of Málaga, Tarragona and La Rioja. In 2007, we began the international expansion with projects in Hungary and Poland. In the real estate market, Grupo Gestesa ranks among the national top 15 developers according to land reserves, which guarantees the possibility of future urban developments.
