Grupo Gestasa presents the firsts protected houses in Marchamalo (Guadalajara), in collaboration with the city council. The 17's houses that Gestesa promoted will be awarded by lottery.

The demand for protected housing, considered by most citizens as the only option of purchasing a home at an affordable price, exceeds by far supply available on the market today, and although its main advantage is to have competitive prices, also has severe restrictions on such aspects important as the lack of soil preparation, the long waiting times, restrictions on second file transfers and the inability of its lease.
